Superintendent Stephenson, Don Albright, Facilities Supervisor, Amanda Garcia, Aquatic Center Director hosted Jillian Rich, PG&E and Yvonne Tom, ACOE as a radio interview was conducted by KQED reporter, Rachel Dornhelm. The interview topic was the need for Prop 39 funds to be provided to specific grants and existing programs. AUSD is one a member of ACOE's LEEP program which was featured on the broadcast. KQED reporter, Rachel Dornhelm also interviewed Senator De Leon regarding Prop 39.
