Albany Middle School was named as a 2017 Exemplary High Performing National Blue Ribbon School for making notable improvements in closing the achievement gap. Ms. Brill and Ms. Morris received a plaque and flag to be displayed at the school as symbols of this honor. The award recognizes Albany Middle School students, staff, and parents for their commitment to excellence in education for all AUSD students.
