2023–24 Renter Rebate application is now available. The deadline to file is 1/31/24.
2024–25 Homeowner exemption applications will be available the first week of January 2024.

You have the following options to submit your application:

- Submit online (renters rebate excluded) using the following link: New Online Portal to Submit Online Applications
- Download the forms below and mail to 1216 Solano Ave. Albany CA 94706.
- Pick up hardcopies at the Albany Community Center (1249 Marin Ave) or the Albany Senior Center (846 Masonic Ave).
Please note:

- The deadline for all exemption applications (renter rebate excluded) is May 31, 2024.
- Those with existing SENIOR exemptions do not need to reapply as long as they continue to own and occupy their Albany residence. Name changes on the property tax bill will require a resubmission of the senior exemption application.
- All other types of exemptions will need to be resubmitted each year.
