Albany Unified is lucky to have multiple community organizations that fundraise to support students at our schools. Please see the brief descriptions below, and use the links in the menu on the right to go directly to these organizations' websites. Please support these fine organizations, each benefits students in a special way. These organizations need your help! Consider joining and becoming a leader in an area that is close to your heart!

Funds: Team Sports
Albany Athletic Boosters support AUSD athletic teams. Funds uniforms, equipment, referees, athletic trainers, special coaching, and other needs.

Funds: Grants to teachers.
Albany Education Foundation provides our teachers with additional resources to support, enhance, and enrich our students’
learning opportunities. Teachers request AEF grants to fund field trips, science exploration, art, music and drama engagement, cultural awareness, books and more. We provide funding district-wide in every curriculum.

Funds: AUSD Music Program
Albany Music Fund supports instrumental and vocal music programs at every grade level across AUSD. AMF covers everything outside of faculty salaries. This includes instruments and repairs, sheet music, choir t-shirts, festival fees, transportation, grants, scholarships, and much more.

Funds: Supports Theater Programs at AHS & AMS
Albany Theater Fund is a small but enthusiastic non-profit organization, entirely run by dedicated parents. We are a community that supports the magic of theater at Albany Middle School and Albany High School. Come join the party! -
Funds: School Activities
Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) and Parent Teacher Student Associations (PTSAs) provide programs and activities at each school in support of the education, health, and safety of students and families. PTA/PTSA dues support assemblies, emergency supplies, parent education, student enrichment programs, noontime activities, special projects, extracurricular activities, and more. -
Funds: AUSD staff and teachers
Funds important staff roles throughout the district that AUSD doesn’t cover—including mental health counselors, math & reading intervention, library technicians, elective teachers & more. The only non-profit devoted to funding staff positions.
