Project Description: The Albany Unified School District ("District") is seeking responses from a qualified Architect for the design of a new Ocean View Elementary School, located at 1000 Jackson Street. The exact specifications will be established based on the Architect's meetings with District staff and user groups. It should be noted that the work may initially only involve the design of the Project without construction administration services. Construction administration services may be added in a subsequent amendment, once construction financing has been secured. Project shall include all needed electrical, lighting, HVAC, ADA, sound and acoustical upgrades as necessary to fully modernize the facility.
