Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC)
Albany Unified School District has established a Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee for its Bond measures. The purpose of the Citizens' Oversight Committee is to inform the public concerning the expenditure of bond revenues, actively review and report on the proper expenditure of taxpayers' money for school construction, and advise the public as to whether the district is in compliance.
