The Maintenance and Operations Department is responsible for maintaining and cleaning all of the School District's buildings and grounds. We oversee capital projects and work with vendors to make repairs and improvements. Each school site has access to a web based work order system to request repairs to school buildings and associated systems. The M&O Department also manages community rental of the sports complex and school spaces.
Our goal is to provide a safe and healthy learning and working environment for all students and staff. We are guided by the AUSD Environmental Action Plan, approved by the AUSD Board of Education in April 2023.
