If a Concern Isn't Resolved...Next Steps

If a concern isn't resolved by following the steps above, a formal complaint process may apply. Full details on each process are on the District's Concerns & Complaints page.
 

Sexual Harassment & Title IX

Title IX Sexual Harassment (a narrow federal definition) goes directly to the Title IX Coordinator below. Other discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or bullying based on a protected characteristic is a UCP matter — submit to complaint@ausdk12.org for routing to the appropriate compliance staff. Neither needs to follow Steps 1–4.
