TOPIC OF HEARING:

LOCAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN (LCAP),
LCAP ANNUAL UPDATE, AND PROPOSED BUDGET FOR 2023-2024

The Governing Board of the Albany Unified School District will conduct a Public Hearing on the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), LCAP Annual Update, and Proposed Budget for 2023-2024, in accordance with the provisions of Education Code Section 42103, 42127, 52060, 52061 and 52062, at their Regular Board meeting on June 13, 2023. The Board meeting is called to convene Open Session at 7:00pm at Albany City Hall, 1000 San Pablo Avenue, Albany, CA 94706. Any interested party may inspect the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), LCAP Annual Update, and Proposed Budget for 2023-2024 on June 9, 2023, any time between 8:30am and 5:00pm at the Albany Unified School District Administration Office located at 819 Bancroft Way, Berkeley, CA. 94710. Interested parties may also appear before the governing board at the public hearing starting at 7:00 p.m. Information relating to these items will also be available for public inspection concurrent with the June 13, 2023 Board Agenda on the District website: www.ausdk12.org.
