Project Description: The Albany Unified School District ("District") is seeking responses from a qualified Architect for the construction of a Modular Building located at 601 San Gabriel Avenue that may eventually consist of two floors. The first phase of the Project may consist of ten (10) classrooms, as well as a science lab and culinary classroom. The exact specifications will be established based on the Architect's meetings with District staff and user groups. Project shall include all needed electrical, lighting, HVAC, ADA, sound and acoustical upgrades as necessary to fully modernize the facility.
