NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Program Manager Services for Ocean View Elementary School (click for info)


Project Description: The Albany Unified School District ("District") is seeking responses from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations to assist the District initially in determining District programming needs and assisting the District in the Planning and Design of Improvements at Ocean View Elementary School. Duties will include assistance in the establishment of a budget, schedule and conducting a constructability review. The District anticipates that it will add to the scope of the Program Manager's work under the Agreement, which may include the construction of the Ocean View Improvements and other work on sites throughout the District.

Each Response must conform and be responsive to the contract documents and include all other documentations called for in the RFQ. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Responses and/or waive any irregularities or informalities in any Responses.

The District intends to announce the selected firm(s) at its regularly scheduled Board meeting on October 28, 2014.

No responding party may withdraw its Response for a period of THIRTY (30) DAYS after the date set for the opening of the Responses.
