Notice of Public Hearing for the Adoption of School Developer Fees: January 27th, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at 1000 San Pablo Avenue, Albany, CA 94706

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Albany Unified School District will hold a public hearing on the proposed adoption of school facilities fees on residential and commercial/industrial development at which oral and written presentations may be made.


The proposed fees would be levied for the purpose of funding the construction and reconstruction of school facilities necessary to maintain current levels of educational services to children in the District.
