On April 29, 2018, the Albany Education Foundation (AEF) held its annual Scoops for Schools event at the Albany Community Center. This free event was a “Thank You” to the community for all of the support AEF receives during the year. Family and friends tickled their palates with ice cream sundaes and home baked goodies served by “celebrity scoopers” while listening to performances by students in AUSD elementary, middle, and high school music programs. The ice cream and all the toppings were donated by Serves You Right Catering. A special “Thank You” to AEF for their support for our Albany schools.
