Albany High student, Joshua Tang, was chosen to be this year’s recipient for the Albany Police Activities League (APAL) Scholarship. Josh was involved in the APAL from 1st grade through middle school, participated in crocodiles, aikido, basketball, and wrestling. He will be presented with his certificate and scholarship at the AHS Senior Awards Ceremony. Congratulations Joshua!
