Each year, the AHS Foreign Language Department hosts a World Languages Poster contest. The theme this year was “Learning Languages Breaks Down Walls”. The winners this year are:
- First Prize: Elizabeth Ding, Grade 10, Spanish 4, Ms. Ortega
- Second Prize: Averly Sheltraw, Grade 12, AP Spanish, Profe Lim-McAlister
Congratulations to these outstanding student winners and a special thank you to Ms. Ortega and Profe Lim-McAlister for providing students the opportunity to learn a foreign language in a variety of learning modalities and for connecting language studies to real world issues.
