While the rebuild/renovation project for Ocean View Elementary School is still in the planning stage and not scheduled for construction until the Fall of 2019, we are already working on plans to move OV students to their temporary school sites when construction begins. In the Fall of 2019, Ocean View Kindergarten students will be placed at Marin and Cornell, 1st-3rd graders will be placed at the new AMS Annex, and 4th-5th graders will be placed at the new AHS Addition. In addition to classroom space, we also need space for programs such as reading labs, small group learning, occupational therapy, library, indoor and outdoor PE, lunch, indoor recess, and space for support staff. The space will be tight, but with a lot of collaboration and teamwork, we will make it work.
