Dear AUSD Community:
Today at about 12:20 p.m. an Albany High School female student was walking in front of Albany Middle School when a white male began walking towards her and then followed her to her house. Once she was inside, he left and went back from the way he came. The man is described as white and in his 40s with long blonde hair.
We ask that you remind students that if they are approached by a stranger to let you, their teacher, or principal know immediately. Also, please take time to remind students, in an age-appropriate manner, what to do if a stranger approaches them.
