This is an update on the parking changes at University Village.
As of April 9th, parking fees will be applied to all spaces on Jackson St. that are marked "GUEST" (highlighted in yellow on the map attached). The spaces do not include the ones across from the Oceanview Elementary School.
Additionally, UCV Employee parking on Monroe St and Red Oak Ave (highlighted in pink on the map) will be available for guest parking with fees after 4:30 pm M-F, and all day on the weekends. Sign posts will indicate the parking restrictions.
The 2-hour guest spaces in front of the Village Office and the Community Center will offer free 15 minute parking to allow residents to manage short-term business.
Please note that the lot by Apparatus Bay on Monroe is restricted to those who have permits.
