Board Policy Committee
The AUSD Board Policy Committee
AUSD Board Policy 9310 (Board Policies) states: “The Board of Education shall adopt written policies to convey its expectations for actions that will be taken in the district, clarify roles and responsibilities of the Board and Superintendent, and communicate Board philosophy and positions to the students, staff, parents/guardians and the community.”

The District’s Board Policy Committee serves two purposes:
- Review and discuss new and revised Board Policies and make recommendations to the Governing Board for review and approval.
- Monitor District-wide implementation of Board policies

Meetings:
All meetings are open to the public. Agendas will be posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.
Location:
Meetings are held at the AUSD District Office Conference Room, 1216 Solano Ave. at 4:00 PM, unless otherwise noted on the agenda.
