FastBridge Assessments

Albany Unified began using FastBridge Assessments in the 2020–21 school year as a tool for assessing student learning multiple times during the school year. FastBridge is different than state-wide assessments in that results are available quickly and provide feedback that can be used in the classroom right away to assist learning. With the information FastBridge provides, teachers can reliably identify areas that students have mastered, and, importantly, see what skills and concepts need to be re-visited to bring all students to mastery.

It has taken some time for teachers and students to become familiar with FastBridge and how to use it best to aid student. learning. Our adoption phase is now complete and results are available. On this page, you will find information on how to interprete FastBridge results for your student, and understand possible recommendations arising from FastBridge results.
